- Understand the science behind bias and how it translates into reactions
- Increase awareness of your own reactions to differences and understand how they affect behaviors and your effectiveness as team leaders
- Recognize when your behaviors are less than inclusive, and how to intentionally be more inclusive instead

Course Journey
Assessment & Evaluation
Participants will have a 2-day window after their course, to complete the evaluation and assessment. They must complete the evaluation and successfully pass the assessment to be eligible for their course certificate. The course evaluation and assessment will be conducted online.
To be eligible for funding, participants are required to attain a minimum 75% attendance and pass the course assessment. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

May Wong
May Wong is an accredited faculty of the Korn Ferry Academy. She is currently an Associate Principal at Korn Ferry and has a wide-ranging professional background, working with global teams and business leaders in consulting and commercial industries. She focuses on leadership development and culture transformation, using competency and behaviour mapping to create personalized learning interventions for individuals, teams, and organizations.
Before joining Korn Ferry, May gained valuable experience with a company that brought tech start-ups to Asia. This equipped her with a deep understanding of digital transformation. She also has entrepreneurial experience, having run her own events management company. Her passion lies in unleashing individual potential and leading high-performing teams in the VUCA world.
May's diverse background, growing up in Singapore and Maui, Hawaii, has given her a strong appreciation for different cultures. She actively supports women-led initiatives in the law and tech industries, aiming to empower the next generation of female leaders.
